LEARN BASIC PHOTOGRAPHY IN FOUR HOURS SEMINAR

Saturday April 22nd, 2017.
8.45 am - 12.45 pm
Kebayoran Baru, south Jakarta
IDR 850,000
Small group size - 9 maximum

Short-cuts from a professional photographer in a 4 hour seminar.

1.      My photos never turn out right – so what’s the point?

2.      Too much technical stuff to learn….

3.      Takes too much time and effort….

Do any of the above statements seem familiar to you?

If so, come along to my LEARN BASIC PHOTOGRAPHY IN FOUR HOURS seminar on Saturday 18th March, 2017.

If you are someone who would like to take great photos without the hassle of in-depth learning I have a course of action for you that I think will appeal to you. Think of it as fast-forwarding through your camera instruction manual (but with easy-to-understand layman’s language), with me listing exactly how to set up your camera for specific shooting styles.

All you need to do is attend a 4 hour classroom-style seminar.

It’s all very casual and relaxed, and the group is small…maximum 9 participants.

No need to feel shy or embarrassed…the training has been developed for absolute beginners and I encourage questions during the session.

If you have some existing knowledge about cameras or photography then you can consider this seminar a refresher.

The goal of this seminar is for you to leave the session with the basic knowledge about how to adjust your camera settings to achieve great results when you shoot:

Landscapes
Waterfalls
Portraits
Street Photography
Sports/Moving  Subjects
Food
Events/Parties
Interiors
Sunrise/Sunset Scenes
Night Sky
Fireworks
Streaked Car Light Trails
Aerial
Wildlife

I will be making suggestions on how to set your cameras without befuddling technical discussions. There is so much technology built into modern digital cameras, and you don’t need it all to make great photographs. Learn to use the important stuff first.

All you need to bring is a notebook and pen, your camera, camera battery,  memory card and any accessories you have, together with the instruction manual (if you can find it!).

It will be very useful for you to have the camera in your hands as we proceed.
I will supply basic course notes and you can make additional notes.
The session is held 4 – 5 times a year.  The seminar is conducted in English. Refreshments will be available.

Next Date:          Saturday 22nd April, 2017

Time:                    8.45 am – 12.45 pm

Venue:                 Kebayoran Baru, south Jakarta

Following the session if you want to stay for a while and ask any other questions, I will be very pleased to help you.  You may also email questions if you want. I want to share my knowledge with you.

You may also want to consider joining a small group on our various photo-walks around Jakarta. You will get to see and photograph some activities that you are unlikely to witness on your own. The locals are friendly and welcoming and you will capture many memorable photos.

Learning photography in an interactive environment where you can ask questions is much better than reading photo books.
